Welcome to Live2Lead Lagos 2025, hosted by L.E.A.P Consult Synergy Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our website https://live2lead.leapconsultsynergy.com (“the Site”) or registering for our events, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

  1. Event Registration and Payment

1.1 Registration for Live2Lead 2025 is complete only when full payment has been received and verified.
1.2 Payments must be made via the official bank accounts listed on the event registration page.
1.3 Please use your Order ID as the payment reference to avoid processing delays.
1.4 Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

 

  1. Pricing and Invoicing

2.1 All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
2.2 L.E.A.P Consult Synergy Limited reserves the right to modify ticket prices at any time; however, once payment has been made and confirmed, no additional charges will apply to that transaction.

 

  1. Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers

3.1 All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
3.2 If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual with prior written notice to lead@leapconsultsynergy.com.
3.3 In the unlikely event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer, you will be notified promptly and offered options for transfer, rescheduling, or credit.

 

  1. Event Program and Speakers

4.1 While every effort will be made to deliver the event as advertised, L.E.A.P Consult Synergy Limited reserves the right to change the schedule, venue, speakers, or format at its sole discretion.
4.2 Such changes do not entitle participants to refunds.

 

  1. Attendee Code of Conduct

5.1 Participants are expected to act professionally and respectfully towards speakers, staff, and fellow attendees.
5.2 Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

 

  1. Liability Disclaimer

6.1 Attendance at Live2Lead 2025 is at your own risk.
6.2 L.E.A.P Consult Synergy Limited shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event.
6.3 We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other incidental expenses related to the event.

 

  1. Media Consent

7.1 By attending the event, you grant permission for photographs, video, or audio recordings that may include your likeness to be used for promotional and educational purposes.
7.2 If you do not wish to appear in recordings, you must inform the event team in writing prior to the event.

 

  1. Website Use

8.1 The content on this Site (including text, images, videos, and logos) is the intellectual property of L.E.A.P Consult Synergy Limited or its partners and is protected by copyright laws.
8.2 You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit any material from this Site without prior written consent.
8.3 Unauthorized use of this Site may result in legal action.

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
10.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
